President/CEO
Daniel is the President of Marrcon Development Corp. and is the General Contractor for the 11-home subdivision known as the Estates at Royalton in Mattituck, NY. He is an Owner/Operator/Project Manager of Marrcon Development Corp. and has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry and has been responsible for the management and construction process from start to finish for multiple construction projects in New York City and Long Island. Prior to Marrcon Daniel was a Project Manager with Turner Construction Company for over 9 years providing construction management services to various owners on residential and commercial projects in New York City. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology, Boston, MA (2007).
