Daniel is the President of Marrcon Development Corp. and is the General Contractor for the 11-home subdivision known as the Estates at Royalton in Mattituck, NY. He is an Owner/Operator/Project Manager of Marrcon Development Corp. and has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry and has been responsible for the management and construction process from start to finish for multiple construction projects in New York City and Long Island.

Anthony Portillo specializes in high end residential homes with an emphasis on energy conservation and sustainable materials. He is LEED Certified (Leadership in Energy, and Environmental Designer) an accredited professional as a Certified ABAA and BPI. He understands that today’s homeowner appreciates not only style but an architect and builder that consider the environment and materials used when designing and building a home.
Joseph Piscitelli

Harrison Design
Joseph Piscitelli is the director of Landscape Architecture of the Harrison Design New York office. Working with a sensitivity to the environment and a focus on sustainability, Joe brings scientific and technical acumen to the project. His design intent was to conserve the character of the grounds, amplify the vernacular and create a vegetative buffer for front yard views. Each site was carefully designed and plantings were purposefully selected to create individual site privacy, while the red maple-lined street creates a uniform canopy for the entire community to enjoy.

Interior Designer, Chrissie Haim, brings state of the art design to the Estates at Royalton. Residing on the North Shore of Long Island she brings Manhattan interior experience and modern day functionality to create a distinctive design for the Estates at Royalton. The timeless farmhouse style interior is light and open, creating a sophisticated foundation for living.
