As a trusted, passionate, consistently top-producing real estate agent, Kristy Naddell earned her spot as the North Fork’s #1 agent in 2020, closing more than $40 million in sales volume. But the traits that her clients and customers appreciate most about Kristy are her five-star responsiveness, attention to detail, resourcefulness, and integrity. Kristy’s client-centric approach ensures that her clients’ needs are top of mind in any buying or selling endeavor.

With more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience, Kristy parlayed her economics and political science degree from the University of Colorado into her first career as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch in Manhattan with a focus on high-net-worth individuals and companies. She later held the Vice President of Sales position for a Florida-based online marketing firm where she managed online advertising campaigns for small and large companies. She draws upon her prior experiences in her real estate career to provide her clients with sound advice on their real estate investments and to effectively market a property using online advertising and social media marketing strategies to reach a targeted audience of buyers.

Her award-winning track record speaks for itself and includes such accolades as 2014 Long Island Rookie of the Year and Leading Edge Award winner; 2015 Long Island Business News Rising Star Award winner; 2017 and 2019 Chairman’s Gold Award winner; and 2016 and 2018 President’s Circle Award winner. Kristy has also served as a Director and President Elect for the Long Island Board of Realtors, North Fork Chapter.
